Active and Passive Trainer for Children's Upper and Lower Limb

SKU APT-2000F

The APT-2000F Active and Passive Trainer for Children is a pediatric rehabilitation machine designed for upper and lower limb training in children with movement disorders. Based on kinematics and neurophysiology, it supports active and passive movement training to help improve limb coordination, motor function, muscle strength, joint mobility, and daily activity performance.

The 2000F offers multiple rehabilitation modes including passive, assisted, active-passive, active, and isokinetic training. It features adjustable resistance from 0–20 Nm, passive speed up to 60 RPM, active speed up to 120 RPM, colour LCD touch screen display, height adjustment, symmetrical training, direction change, and intelligent spasticity detection.

Suitable for pediatric rehabilitation departments, physiotherapy clinics, neuro rehab centres, cerebral palsy therapy centres, and children’s rehabilitation institutions, the 2000F provides a safe, structured, and engaging solution for children’s upper and lower limb rehabilitation.

Rehabilitation Modes—

  • Passive Mode : Motor-driven passive motion training supports continuous movement and is useful for children with limited voluntary movement or spastic/paralyzed limbs.
  • Assisted Mode : The device detects remaining muscle strength and automatically provides assistance to help the child complete circular motion with zero-resistance support.
  • Active-Passive Mode : Provides a smooth transition between passive and active movement, helping improve training coordination and continuity.
  • Active Mode : The child performs movement using their own muscle strength, helping improve muscle power, endurance, cardiopulmonary function, and confidence during training.
