Tesla — ELF Magnetotherapy Unit for Osteoarticular Conditions, Pain Management
The Physioled Tesla is a professional Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) magnetotherapy system designed for non-invasive, non-painful magnetic field therapy for a broad range of musculoskeletal, inflammatory, osteoarticular, and sports trauma conditions. Available in three distinct configurations.
Tesla (TSL001) — Flat Plates The Tesla standard model provides two flat plate transducers that generate a uniform ELF magnetic field between and around them. Flat plates are positioned on opposite sides of the treatment area — for example, one plate medial and one lateral to the knee — creating a field that passes through the intervening tissue. Outputs can be activated simultaneously for bilateral or large-area field generation. The touchscreen display allows interactive control with access to all preset protocols and customised programs.
Tesla 2 (TSL002) — Flat Plates + Cylindrical Transducer Tesla 2 adds a large cylindrical transducer (dia. 60cm) to the two flat plates of the standard Tesla. The cylindrical transducer creates a circumferential magnetic field that wraps around an inserted limb — the patient places their arm, leg, or foot inside the cylinder, receiving a uniform field from all directions simultaneously. This configuration is particularly effective for peripheral joint conditions (wrist, ankle, elbow, foot), peripheral neuropathies, and conditions requiring circumferential field delivery. All three outputs — two flat plates and one cylinder — can be activated contemporaneously or individually, enabling complex multi-transducer protocols for simultaneous treatment of multiple anatomical sites.
Which Tesla Version Do You Need?
| Clinical Need | Recommended Model |
|---|---|
| Standard ELF magnetotherapy — plates only | Tesla (TSL001) |
| Standard ELF + cylindrical transducer for limb insertion | Tesla 2 (TSL002) |
| High-intensity pulsed RAMP for severe osteoarticular pathologies | Tesla Pulse (TSL003) |
| Cervical arthrosis, lumbago, sciatica, coxarthrosis | Tesla Pulse (TSL003) |
| Acute tendinitis, post-traumatic recovery, muscle conditions | Tesla (TSL001 or TSL002) |
| Peripheral neuropathy, joint conditions requiring circumferential field | Tesla 2 (TSL002) |
| Maximum clinical versatility — all three transducer types | Tesla 2 + Tesla Pulse |
