VitaMover™ —Motorized 2-in-1 Active & Passive for Upper and Lower Body Exerciser
The CURAMOTION VitaMover is an Active and Passive Trainer for Upper and Lower Body — with 10 speed levels up to 60 RPM, 10 resistance levels, a 3-inch LCD blue backlit display showing Time, RPM Count, Calories, and Resistance, remote control operation, and bi-directional movement.
VitaMover Difference — Active & Passive Rehabilitation
The VitaMover combines both passive and active modes, making it useful from early rehabilitation to advanced recovery.
- Passive Mode — Motor-Driven Assistance
In passive mode, the built-in motor moves the arm handles or foot pedals at the selected speed, allowing the patient’s limbs to move with the device.
Useful for: Stroke patients, severe limb weakness, early post-surgery recovery, elderly deconditioned patients, spasticity management, cerebral palsy patients, and patients who cannot tolerate resistance due to pain or joint stress.
- Active Mode — Resistance Training
In active mode, the patient pedals or cranks against 10 levels of magnetic resistance, supporting gradual strengthening and endurance training.
Benefits:
Progressive strengthening, cardiovascular conditioning, muscle re-education, motor control improvement, and functional endurance for daily activities.
- Clinical Advantage : One VitaMover can support the same patient from Day 1 passive rehabilitation to full active recovery, reducing the need for separate active and passive devices, saving cost, space, and simplifying patient use.
- Key Features :
- 10-Level Motor Speed — Up to 60 RPM : Offers controlled passive movement speed based on patient condition. Low levels support early ROM and spasticity care, mid levels support coordination and cardiovascular training, and higher levels assist active recovery.
- 10-Level Resistance : Provides a smooth progression from light movement to meaningful strengthening, allowing structured rehabilitation as strength improves.
- Remote Control : Allows patients, caregivers, or clinicians to adjust settings without stopping exercise. Especially helpful for stroke patients, elderly users, and those with limited hand function.
- 3-Inch Blue Backlit LCD Display : Clearly shows Time, RPM Count, Calories, and Resistance Level. The large backlit screen improves visibility, especially for elderly users and bedside use.
- Bi-Directional Movement : Supports both forward and reverse motion, helping activate different muscle groups, improve neuromuscular training, and reduce exercise monotony.
- Upper & Lower Body Use : The same unit can be used for:
- Upper body: Arm cranking for shoulders, elbows, and wrists.
- Lower body: Leg cycling for hips, knees, and ankles.
7. Compact & Portable : Suitable for bedside use, chair or wheelchair setup, therapy tables, clinics, and home rehabilitation without requiring fixed installation.
