Orders will be processed, manufactured, packed, or dispatched only after full payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

2. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after:

• Full payment is received in advance, and

• Written confirmation is provided by Kiyash via invoice, email, or official communication.

Any verbal discussion or quotation shared does not constitute order confirmation unless supported by complete advance payment.

3. Pricing & Deals

All prices, offers, and deals shared by Kiyash are valid only for the specified duration mentioned in the quotation or communication. Once an order is confirmed, prices are locked and will not be revised. Any special pricing, discounts, or bundled offers are applicable only on full advance payment.

4. No EMI / Credit Facility

Kiyash does not collaborate with any third-party EMI providers, financial institutions, or lending platforms. Customers are advised not to rely on assumptions or external assurances regarding deferred payment options. Any request for EMI or credit terms will not be entertained.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

As most products involve procurement, customization, or logistics planning, cancellations after payment confirmation may not be permitted. Refunds, if applicable, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and processed strictly as per Kiyash’s internal policies.

6. Product Information

All product details, specifications, images, and descriptions on the Kiyash website are provided for general reference. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations may occur due to upgrades, manufacturing changes, or supplier updates.
