The Inceler Medikal Lithobox Pneumatic Lithotripter is a cutting-edge electro-pneumatic device designed for intracorporeal kidney stone crushing — developed as an effective and powerful system for intracorporeal kidney stone crushing.

Lithobox provides very effective and stable shots due to its closed system and its locked Pneumatic handpiece. Handpiece and pneumatic probes are suitable for all types of liquid and gas sterilization.

Three Pulse Modes — Single, Automatic & Continuous : Single, automatic, and continuous pulse modes can be easily adjusted via the digital control system. 

1. Single Pulse Mode — The system delivers one precisely timed ballistic pulse per activation command from the foot pedal. The surgeon controls the exact timing and frequency of each impact — ideal for precise, targeted fragmentation of specific stone regions, for situations requiring maximum spatial control, and for cases where stone geometry makes continuous pulsing suboptimal.
2. Automatic Pulse Mode — The system delivers pulses at a pre-set, consistent frequency for as long as the foot pedal is depressed. The automatic mode maintains consistent ballistic output across each pulse — eliminating the intra-operative variability in inter-pulse timing that can occur with manual single-pulse activation during extended fragmentation sequences. 
3. Continuous Pulse Mode — The highest-throughput operating mode, delivering a sustained rapid series of pulses during pedal activation. Continuous mode is appropriate for large-volume stone burden where rapid fragmentation is the primary objective and surgical time minimisation is clinically important.

Digital Control System — Three Memory Channels & Pulse Counter : Three different memory channels and a user-friendly digital control system simplify surgical processes. 

1. Three Memory Channels — The Lithobox's digital control system allows three complete operational parameter sets to be stored as individually selectable memory presets. Each memory channel stores the pulse mode, energy level, and pulse frequency settings for a specific surgical protocol — enabling the surgical team to pre-program the exact settings for their standard PCNL, URS, and bladder stone protocols and switch between them with a single button press at the appropriate stage of the procedure.
2. Digital Pulse Counter — The total pulse count can be easily monitored via the digital counter panel. The cumulative pulse count displayed throughout the procedure provides the surgeon with a quantified measure of the total ballistic energy delivered — supporting intraoperative documentation, providing reference data for quality assurance and training purposes, and enabling comparison of fragmentation efficiency between different cases and stone types.

Five Probe Options — Flexible, Semi-Flexible & Rigid : Five different probe options, including flexible, semi-flexible, and rigid, allow for a variety of endoscopy types and applications.
