Far Infrared Heating Pad — Deep Penetrating FIR Heat Therapy for Muscle Pain

The Far Infrared (FIR) Heating Pad is a safe, natural, and clinically effective heat therapy device that uses carbon fiber far infrared technology to deliver deep, penetrating warmth to muscles, joints, and soft tissues. Unlike conventional electric heating pads that only warm the surface of the skin, far infrared heat penetrates the skin at a deeper level — reaching muscles, tendons, joints, and even bone surface — stimulating blood circulation, relieving pain, reducing stiffness, and supporting tissue recovery in a way that surface heat alone cannot achieve.

How the Far Infrared Heating Pad Works — Carbon Fiber Technology

The heating pad uses a low-voltage carbon fiber heating element to generate far infrared radiation. Carbon fiber heating technology is the preferred choice for FIR therapy devices because:

Efficient FIR Emission — Carbon fiber elements emit far infrared radiation within the most therapeutically beneficial wavelength range (4-14 microns), matching the absorptive peak of human tissue for maximum therapeutic penetration.

Uniform Heat Distribution — Unlike wire-based heating elements that create localised hot spots, carbon fiber distributes heat evenly across the entire pad surface — ensuring consistent therapeutic warmth across the full treatment area without concentration at any single point.

Low Voltage Operation — The low-voltage electrical system significantly reduces the risk of electrical shock, overheating, or burn injury compared to high-voltage conventional heating pads — making the device safer for use by patients with reduced skin sensation (common in diabetic neuropathy, peripheral vascular disease, and post-surgical nerve involvement) when used with appropriate precautions.

Flexibility and Durability — Carbon fiber elements remain flexible across the temperature range of therapeutic use, conforming to the contours of the body part within the anatomical wrap for consistent surface contact during treatment.

3 Temperature Settings — 45°C to 60°C, Tailored to Every Need

The pad controller provides three selectable temperature levels spanning from 45°C (gentle warmth) to 60°C (therapeutic heat), selected by pressing the controller button:

Level 1 — 45°C (Low/Gentle): Suitable for initial heat therapy sessions, users with sensitive skin or reduced heat tolerance, early post-subacute injury stages where high heat is contraindicated, elderly patients, and anyone who prefers a moderate warming sensation. Provides light vasodilation and muscle relaxation without intensive heat.

Level 2 — 52°C (Medium/Therapeutic): The standard therapeutic level for most musculoskeletal conditions. Provides effective deep tissue vasodilation, meaningful muscle spasm reduction, and significant improvement in joint flexibility and range of motion for chronic conditions including osteoarthritis, muscle stiffness, and tendinopathy.

Level 3 — 60°C (High/Intensive): The maximum therapeutic level for intensive heat treatment — suited for deep muscle therapy, significant joint stiffness, chronic pain management, and pre-exercise preparation in patients who benefit from deep tissue warming. Use for shorter durations and monitor skin response carefully.

Low-Voltage Safety System & 30-Minute Auto Shut-Off

Two independent safety mechanisms protect users during every session:

Low-Voltage Carbon Fiber System — The entire heating circuit operates at low voltage, dramatically reducing the risk of electrical hazard, element failure burn, or overheating events that can occur with high-voltage conventional heating pads. This low-voltage design is particularly important for home use without clinical supervision and for patients with conditions affecting skin sensation.

30-Minute Auto Shut-Off — The controller automatically turns off the heating pad after 30 minutes of continuous use. This prevents unintended extended application that could lead to skin irritation, low-grade thermal injury, or excessive localised heat exposure — a critical safety feature for patients who may fall asleep during therapy, be distracted, or have limited ability to self-monitor treatment duration. The auto shut-off also prevents wasted energy from leaving the device running unattended.

Neoprene & OK Fabric Wrap — Comfortable, Elastic, Secure

The wrap's external fabric combines neoprene and OK fabric (hook-and-loop-compatible elastic fabric) for a construction that is simultaneously comfortable, thermally insulating, and anatomically conforming.

Detachable Heating Pad — Easy to Clean, Built for Long-Term Use

The carbon fiber heating pad is fully detachable from the fabric wrap via a simple connection mechanism. This provides two practical benefits.
